REFUND POLICY
Returns
Can I return my order? Yes, you can. If you are not satisfied with the items ordered, you can return them within 30 days of receipt.
To do so, the order must meet the following conditions:
* The order still contains all necessary parts and components and the packaging is in the same condition as when received.
* Normal use of the product is permitted, but damage resulting from careless use is excluded.
* Products for which hygiene is essential must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.
* Any defects must be reported immediately upon receipt.
* We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
A return will be processed within 7 business days and, if the conditions are met, officially confirmed within that same period.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How can I return my order? If your order meets the above conditions, follow the procedure below to initiate the return:

Make sure the email contains the following information:
* Order number
* Reason for the return request
* Photo of the product in case of damage
* Customer's first and last name
* Customer address
We will then contact you and provide you with the exact return address. Never send a return package to the listed sender address. The correct address will be provided to you after your request.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of any returns.
Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right of withdrawal, in accordance with the following provisions, if they are a natural person entering into a transaction for purposes that do not fall primarily within the scope of their independent commercial or professional activity.
Conditions for Withdrawal
Right of withdrawal: The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), received the last item of the order.
Our orders are processed by a fully automated system and are executed immediately after validation. It is therefore not possible to stop the shipment before delivery and no refunds can be made before the goods have been received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Maison Elara London) of your decision to withdraw by means of a clear statement (for example, by email). The withdrawal takes effect once we have received the returned items. The costs of the return shipment are at the buyer's expense.
Shipments in progress: As our products are shipped from Asia, delivery times may be longer and are outside our control. If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You must wait until you receive the items and then return them. You may, however, notify us of your cancellation in advance.
To speed up the return process, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments received from you, with the exception of shipping costs (and any additional costs if you chose a shipping method other than our cheapest standard option). The refund will be processed as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt of your cancellation and the returned items.
The refund will be made using the same payment method as used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No additional charges will be made for this refund.
All returns must be shipped at the customer's expense to our central warehouse in Asia.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
In the event of loss, non-return, or inability to recover the product, administrative costs of up to 10% of the product value may be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
