Average Delivery Times
Below you will find the average delivery time for all our parcels:
* After placing your order, we need 1 to 3 working days to process it. On working days this usually takes one working day, but if you order on a Friday evening or over the weekend, the processing time may be slightly longer.
* Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped and delivery takes an average of 8 to 12 working days.

Place an Order
The ordering process at Maison Elara London is as simple as possible:

2. Check that you have selected the correct option. Then click "Continue to payment".
3. On the information page, enter your exact contact details. Check that all information is correct. Then click "Continue to delivery".
4. On the delivery information page you can review your details. It will also state that all shipping is completely free – as a token of appreciation, we always cover all shipping and delivery costs. Then click "Continue to checkout".
5. At Maison Elara London you can choose from several payment methods. All options are secured with SSL encryption, guaranteeing a safe payment environment.
